A great Taiwanese restaurant that adds creativity to its dishes while staying very authentic. Every dish was cooked perfectly—fresh and full of flavor. The Braised Dongpo Pork with Candied Dates was stewed to perfection and literally melted in mouth. The Butterfish with Rice Vermicelli had a rich, flavorful broth, and the freshness of the fish paired beautifully with the noodles. The Stir-Fried Prawns with Peeled Chili and Scrambled Eggs was also a must-order, the flavors blended together perfectly. Other highlights included the Boiled Chicken with Sauce, Crispy Egg Tofu, Stir-Fried Vegetables with Wax Apple, and Sweet and Sour Pork with Lychee—all equally delicious. Since this restaurant has earned a Michelin star for five consecutive years (since 2021), the price is on the higher side, but it’s absolutely worth it if you want to enjoy a warm, cozy dinner with friends.

This restaurant lived up to its Michelin star rating as the food was top notch in flavor, variety and freshness. It does not have ornate presentation but has good size sharing portions. It was good to see a mix of locals and tourists which gave it a good vibe. Reservations are highly recommended as it is usually full and venue is on the small. They have several liquor options to pair the meals with and the menu lists those recommendations next to each selection.

We tried several dishes here and overall had a delicious experience. • Stir-fry oyster with Chinese doughnut: Easily the highlight of the meal. The oysters were fresh and perfectly cooked, and the pairing with the crispy doughnut was brilliant — the textures and flavors worked beautifully together. • Cordia and white water vegetable: Slightly crunchy with a touch of sweetness, making it refreshing and light. • Pork neck with squid and stinky tofu: Flavor was good, but the pork neck pieces were cut a bit large, so they came out a little chewy. • Green mango dessert: Pickled green mango served over shaved ice. Unless you’re a big fan of green mango, this one may be worth skipping. Note: The restaurant has a NT$1000 per person minimum, so be prepared to order above that amount for your table.

Wow! We didn't had reservations (must have) so we end up in private room with minimum order (high). The food was AMAZING, I think the best from all Taipei trip. The service was superb, but private room AC was freezing. They was kind to provide me a blanket.

Reservation required. No obvious signboard so a bit difficult to locate the place. But it is just around the corner. I booked the wrong day but was able to be seated as it was weekday, so just waited for some time for them to prepare the table. I would say all dishes we ordered are spectacular, the pineapple chicken soup tasted unique. This branch itself is not huge, and it can be noisy at times when there are bigger groups of customers. Service is good, they checked on us a few times. Personal favourite: bitter gourd with salted egg.

A Michelin-starred restaurant which I wanted to try during my stay in Taipei (there are many restaurants I want to try!) I ordered the stewed pork with taro and it had a delicate but invigorating taste, not salty at all, but it didn't need to be. The free mushroom appetizer they had and the almond tofu dessert was also delicious. I enjoyed my dinner here and hope to try their other food if ever I'm back in Taipei. I was only a solo diner so I didn't finish my food, had to take it home (it's mostly sharing sizes here). My server, a young man, spoke very good English, so I had no problems here. Thank you!

This was hands down one of the best meal I had during our trip to Taiwan. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious— from the cordia vegetables to the cripy egg tofu dish, their fried vermicelli, and who might’ve thought that runny egg yolk and mapo tofu is such a great combinations. Every bite was a highlight. Dishes were balanced, ingredients very fresh and quite generous portion size. My kids especially love their matcha parfait. It was so good that we almost ordered a second one. Would recommend dining with four or more people, so you can try and share few more dishes. It is on the pricier side as they have minimum spending per person, but I’d highly recommend this place. Reservation is also essential. Additionally, the waitstaff were incredibly warm and attentive, making the dining experience even better. This was an excellent first visit, and we look forward to coming back again one day.

The foods are definitely amazing. The service is just okay as it looks like we are being pushed to leave the table while our dinner time has been nearly an hour only. I would recommend to go in a bigger group (mine is only 2 persons), so that you can enjoy more dishes and longer dining time.
